Created by the Kraftiattic Krew, which consists of&nbsp;Leeanna Clark and her granddaughters, Juliana &ldquo;Juls&rdquo; Clark and&nbsp;Isabella Clark, the Port Penn series is a game within a game.&nbsp;Geocachers must find five Port Penn Historical caches and use the&nbsp;clues to figure out the location of the final cache.&nbsp;Each location has a specific name and a puzzle to solve: Muncy's&nbsp;Circle of Heroes, Bessie's Rock Garden, Old Walton's Graveyard,&nbsp;Robin's House and Port Penn.&nbsp;&ldquo;This was a nice series that certainly showed off some very cool areas&nbsp;of Muncy,&rdquo; Leeanna said about the caches. &ldquo;As I said before, how cool&nbsp;is Geocaching? They&rsquo;re self-guided tours to some of the neatest places&nbsp;on Earth, plus a bonus of finding a treasure at the end. It also makes&nbsp;learning history fun. My grandchildren are combining their love of&nbsp;Geocaching with research of local history. <p>Last spring, LCUW allocated $921,815 to 40 programs partners throughout Lycoming County.<br /><br />&ldquo;The numbers don&rsquo;t lie,&rdquo; said Dr. Oscar Knade, Lycoming County United Way 2009 campaign chair. &ldquo;Although LCUW provided more funds to programs last year than the prior year, the program partners&rsquo; needs for funding exceeded the amount we had to allocate by $108,000.
